I am now officially in panic about the impending marathon...
predicted temperatures of 19 degrees... not good
but hopefully the crowds and Rob nagging away like an old wifie will get us round in the much sought after 4hours, although on such i warm day i think i'll be happy to get round at all.

The Cub has access to the blog... so we finally may get some decent photos of pink bikes, semi-clad men and fashionable lycra!

Oh that is once i learn how to use my new found hobby!

Turiff Sprint

Well done to Helen who completed the Turiff Spint today in 1hr 27 mins she told me the cycle was quite hilly and there was a 400m run from swim to transition.

Well done also to Peter Fenwick our May Mini winner who got third with a time of 1hr 9 mins, Peter is doing an Ironman in June in France I'm sure we all wish him the best o' luck. 

Mey 10k Results

 
Well done to all Tri club members that took part in the Mey 10k.

A lovely sunny day saw six members take part all finishing under the 1 hour mark.
