Helen is doing Ironman UK on 1st of August I'm sure we all wish her the best of luck.

Round Britain Coastal Run

Lorn recommended us on runners world forum, it starts in Blackpool on 9th of May not sure yet when it will arrive here I know some of us have a busy May but if you fancy it I'm sure all help will be appreciated.

Junior Triathlon

Well done to all that took part in Junior triathlon 63 took part lets hope there's a few future members amongst them.

JUNIOR TRIATHLON- SUNDAY 13TH SEPTEMBER

This Sunday Wick Tri Club will be holding its annual junior triathlon at Wick High School. This event is open to S1-S4 pupils and will consist of the following
- 250m swim
- 1200m cycle
- 800m run
The event can be done individually or as a team of three.
