Ironman UK updates
Helen and Terry have completed there swims Terry in 1.08 and Helen in 1.16
Terry has started his run after a 6.29.43 bike leg
Helen has started her run 7.41.32 bike leg well done to both.
Helen done first 3 miles 9 min mile pace great work.
Terry started at 7 min miles but dropped to 9 min miles at next check praying foot injury isn't playing up.
Terry now past the 19 mile mark but slowed to almost 11 min miles still going though.
Have just spoken to Pete Fenwick who finished in 10.16.17 he seen our Terry and says he looked like he was going well.
Terry finished in 12.09.42 and 46th in his age group well done big guy.
Well Done Cubby 14.29.11 a brilliant effort all them turbo and treadmill hours paid off.

IRONCHICK
Helen is doing Ironman UK on 1st of August I'm sure we all wish her the best of luck.
