Ironman Pete 2
Peter Fenwick the winner of our May mini completed his first Ironman in Nice France in 10 hours 59 minutes and 49 seconds, which is I'm sure you'll agree is an amazing achievement for a man in full time employment.
I will try and get him to write a wee ditty on this site on his return.
Well done Peter from Wick Triathlon Club if you get much better we might even let you join.
Peter is a star and a very unassuming one at that. He deserves all the success he achieves. I just wonder if this excellent performance will receive any column inches in our local press? Will TASC do something Rob or should we.....I seem to remember when David did his Ironman, no-one even knew....it's a monster achievement just to complete it never mind do it in under 11 hours!!!
